Inbox extension is not part of the Phase 1 launch promise. Treat the inbox as temporary and complete the task inside the original 10-minute window.

No. An expired inbox should be treated as unavailable. Inbox Reopen is a future feature, not a Phase 1 recovery guarantee.

Yes. 10MailBox can receive email OTP codes when the sender accepts temporary email domains and the code arrives before the inbox expires.

Yes. 10MailBox can receive account verification links for low-risk signup and testing flows when the sender delivers the message successfully.

Messages in a temporary inbox are not intended for long-term storage. After expiry, treat the inbox and its messages as unavailable.

A temporary email may not arrive because the address was mistyped, the sender is delayed, the website blocks disposable domains, duplicate requests were throttled, or the inbox expired.

Some websites block disposable email domains to enforce account quality rules or reduce abuse. If that happens, use a permanent email address for that service.
